1/ Defining your Requirements
During our first consultation we will together establish your objectives and exact property requirements to provide us a brief and summary of your ideal home. The factors of this take into account your lifestyle, job, individual or family commitments and needs, area and preferences. This will then allow us to source from our contacts and agents suitable properties for you to view.
2/ Due-diligence
Once you have identified which property you would like to buy, we will source the HIP (Housing Information Pack) which provides you with information of searches, flooding zones and any historical structural alterations recorded in the Title.
3/ Negotiating and Progression of Sale
From having found your ideal home we shall then seek to negotiate the best price on your behalf. Once the terms are agreed (subject to contract) we shall work closely with you and your solicitor to reach an Exchange of contracts and finally Completion.
4/ Creating Service
Bartrams property consultants, can if required liaise with necessary surveyors, architects and builders should the need arise to extend, make internal or external alterations to your home or simply re furbish and design the interior.
