Bartrams Property Consultants was established in 2002 by Damian Bartram, who has over twenty years’ experience of the residential property market. The firm’s principal areas of activity are in the sale and acquisition of fine homes in London and the Home Counties but with particular emphasis on West and North West London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
We also specialise on niche developments in prime areas of Europe to cater for those wishing to invest in second homes or investment properties abroad. To provide a comprehensive property service we also work closely with a number of specialist companies including architects, surveyors, tax consultants and property managers.
Unlike many of our competitors and to cater for the increasing emphasis now placed on the Internet, we have chosen to move away from a traditional High Street location and instead provide an online agency. However, although we see this as the core of future estate agency we remain committed to the highest levels of personal attention and professional service as ultimately our agency is a people business.
